Gonzalez to Blitzer: We have a lot of resources devoted to finding
Edited on Tue Sep-05-06 06:39 PM by Texas Explorer
Osama Bin Laden.

Ummmmm....correct me if I'm wrong. Didn't they disband the CIA Bin Laden unit?

Max Cleland went off about it.

1. that's the problem
AG "Mr. Torture" Gonzales is not connected with the CIA. He HAS thrown resources at finding bin laden.

in fact, without warrants, his storm troopers have broken into thousands of homes in the US looking for him - and when they find a bag of pot in the house, the sucker gets arrested.

4. Like Bill Maher said in response to the liquid bomb fiasco:
"Tell me TSA, where can we hide our weed?"

LOL

2. Gonzales is correct in his assertion
Edited on Tue Sep-05-06 06:43 PM by rpannier
We have round the clock psychics looking for Bin Laden.
And we're relying on the 'tride-and-true' method of hearsay and conjecture.

on edit: We're also hoping he'll turn himself in.

9. resources?
Do you know how many people you have to interview to get only one good Ouija board operator? And tracking down OBL, the individual responsible for the biggest mass murder on American soil in the history of this continent, requires literally thousands to get the good intel needed for this hunt!

5. It is their 'disconnect' with reality.
The BFEE has lied so much now, that even they don't know how to land. That is the real danger to America. These fucking worthless losers (like Gonzalez) who lie day in and day out.

7. Would our esteemed Attorney General
also be devoting resources to protecting the Constitution?

10. Why are they standing down from Bin Laden? WTF is going on?
First they disband the intelligencia search for Bin Laden and now Pakistan is giving up?

What the hell is going on? What do they know that they aren't telling us?

I think they don't want to find him alive and put him on trial. Could reveal matters of "national security" no one has even dreamed of yet. But that doesn't explain why they would not want to find him dead, even if they had to make him that way.

11. I think in Pakistan, it was a risk vs benefit decision. They are pretty
shaky as is, apparently had some hundreds of military losses on the border, and just said let's call it. Otherwise, your guess is as good as mine.
