Iran has its own state, the Islamic Republic of Iran. Al-Qaeda has its own state, the Islamic Emirate of Waziristan.

Iran has benefited from the Bush administration's actions. So has Al-Qaeda.

Iran is closer to having nuclear weapons than before Bush became president. So is Al-Qaeda (Musharraf just surrendered a portion of his country to them. How long before he shares some nuke know-how?)

Iran has been emboldened by Bush's decision to bog down our troops in Iraq. So has Al-Qaeda.

Iran has seen its influence in Iraq increase because of Bush. So has Al-Qaeda.

1. Are you trying to make an argument
to go to "war" with Iran?

5. I did read your post.
I'm just wondering what was your purpose of aligning Iran and Al Quaeda and then editing your OP to add "Bush is absolutely right."
