described how unorthodox means of questioning caputered Al Qaeda "terraists" had made us safer and busted terra plots before they happened. He demanded that Congress pass legislation to define legal means of torture and allow him powers which would essentially eliminate habeus corpus. He smirked and simpered and pranced before an audience made up of his cabinet members, staff, and Republic members of Congress. They gave him rapt adoratin and a standing O when he told them that he tossed some of them bad guys in Gitmo--he's the deciderer, you know.

Basically, he's demanding to be given unrestrained, unchecked power over all people on the planet. He will decide who's a terraist and who can go to prison to rot without due process and if that person gets tortured.
