You know, if the Democrats were in charge during World War 2... |

...oh wait. The Democrats WERE in charge in WWII. They also had a war plan, an exit strategy, clear cut rules of engagement, and a definition of what constituted victory.
They also actually engaged the people that were actually the enemy, and did not forget about Adolph Hitler, and let him slip off to Paraguay to live the rest of his life in comfort and relative anonymity.
Carry on...

1. Oh yeah and the Republicons back then were fighting FDR |
|
all the way on getting the needed manpower, materials, etc. for the war, they were isolationist who wanted to ignore what was happening in Europe and Asia. I was glad I picked up The Illustrious Dunderheads as recommended by Thom Hartmann. The Repukes then going after FDR were like the Repukes now going after Clinton and anything Dem.

...who were doing business and profiteering like mad from the Nazis.

ALL THE TIME now, given Dubya's penchant for Nazifying his opponents.
Include it in every LTTE, no matter the actual subject matter; at the very least, one person at the newspaper will read it.

4. And the finished the war in Europe within 42 months and in the Pacific |
|
...in under 45 months. Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld started the Iraq war in March 2003 and we are still there with no exit plan
