Are they finally going to put Khalid Sheikh Mohammed |
|
on trial now? He is after all the alleged mastermind of the 9/11 plot. I'd like to hear, and I think the American people have the right to hear, what evidence the U.S. Government has against him.
What did the CIA interrogation tactics (not torture by the way--HAH) reveal? That certainly might put many unanswered questions to rest and make us crazy conspiracy theorists go away for good.

1. Have they finished rearranging his memories yet? |

He's one of several likely candidates for double-agent status. So is Ramzi Bin al-Shibh, who was also captured in Pakistan.

military tribunal thing, no doubt because they don't have any evidence that would hold water in a legitimate legal proceeding. It's like the dirty bomb guy, when they held their feet to the fire, the AG folded & they changed all the charges & now the whole thing has gone silent.

4. It's unlikely most of the evidence against him, making |

the assumption they have some, wouldn't be admissible. Chain of custody, unavailability of witnesses, self-incrimination, etc.

5. I don't think the CIA want it known where he was between 2001 and 2003. |
|
It would be a bit inconvenient if the US public found out about Pakistani intel's collusion with the alleged 911 mastermind and about the probable CIA/FBI knowledge of that.
