and told them I would reactivate my subscription if they hire him. BEST PART is that Sirius streams Sirius Left on its website. Therefore, one should be able to purchase an inexpensive car radio and then sign up for website to stream Sirius Left on your home PC. When I was last with them, there was no extra cost to the website. Malloy would be a great addition to Sirius. The minute I get word he's with them, I will reactivate my old radio.

I did that too! I also put in a good word for Mark Maron. Shouldn't be hard for Sirius to start up a 2nd liberal/progressive channel (seeing as how they have Sirius "Patriot" :puke: what a name?!, Fox "News" and ABC w/ Hannity, Larry Elder) since all they would have to do is google "former Air America"!

Is it just me? I don't really see much of a future for XM.
Other than Air America, and maaaaaaaaybe Coast To Coast AM w/ George Norry (both of which you can get FOR FREE on a netfeed or regular radio), I don't see exclusive programing at XM.

Say what you will about Howard Stern, Martha, 50 Cent, Lynn Samuels, Alex Bennett, Bubba The Love Sponge, Ferrall, Bill Bradley (yes, THAT Bill Bradley!!!!!!!!!), Jim Breuer, Deepak Chopra, all the old MTV V.J.'s (back when they played VIDEOS!), Eminem, Mojo Nixon, Joan Jett, Fred Imus, Dave Marsh, Marky Ramone, Fred Schnieder, Richard Simmons, Barbara Walters, Little Steven and there's a lot more, but guess what!? All of them are EXCLUSIVE to Sirius! XM has...

Re, not being able to afford to switch to Sirius.

I would imagine you might be able break even, by selling your used XM equipment on Ebay, and purchasing used Sirius equipment on ebay from someone else.

I got my first Sirius receiver really cheaply on ebay when I switched to them so I could get Air America. Luckily I kept my XM equipment when it left Sirius (still mad about that.)

I've emailed Sirius.
