Who holds the copyright to the 9/11 Commission Report? |
|
I assume it's some arm of Bush**co, in which case my brilliant plan is foiled yet again, but if it were a real copyright holder, wouldn't they object strenuously, as in with pit-bull lawyers, to this thinly disguised propaganda film "The Path to 9/11" billing itself as "based on the 9/11 Comission Report"? I sure as hell would! :grr:

members of the commission are, indeed, objecting to this slur and slander, while the clowns are maintaining that it's a fair representation. I should think that Bill Clinton and Al Gore, both currently non-politicians, will have grounds for a humongous law suit and wind up owning abc.
I can well remember the wails and gnashing of teeth at the prospect of their demi-god's, ronny the magnificent's, appearance in a far more realistic info-fiction, not long ago. One of their main objections, iirc, was that a tell-all should not be shown while the perpetrator is still alive. Of course, that description for raygun was questionable.
The double standard is alive and well. I suspect the experience we, as liberals, are going through, always wrong, always at fault, even when the situation is near identical, always cast in a negative light, can be a lesson in learning a slight taste of what it was like (and still is, to a great degree) to live in a skin not of the approved color.
