Pic of Ohio 2004 Ballot With Sticker Over Kerry/Edwards Choice.. |
|
Edited on Thu Sep-07-06 03:16 PM by Blackhatjack
Does anyone have a direct link to the photos of Ohio 2004 Election Ballots Fraud submitted by Richard Hayes Phillips along with his affidavit to the Judge in Columbus OH Judge who blocked the Sept 2 destruction of ballots by SOS Blackwell??
Included is a photograph identified as "Exhibit C" of one ballot showing a "white oval sticker" over the Kerry Edwards choice, and the Bush Cheney oval filled in with a pencil of a different color than all the other choices on the ballot.
I have seen the photos hosted on another site, but not a direct link. Google images does not have them. The site hosting the pictures is not favored here, but I cannot find another source.
These photos really back up what he put in his affidavit for the court to consider, and evidently the judge agreed by issuing an order that the ballots should not be destroyed. Kenneth Blackwell and cohorts could be in a lot of trouble --even at this late date.

1. Can Someone Help Me Find A Link?? Pics are damning..... |
|
... show that the whole story about the white oval shaped stickers was not made up. Richard Hayes Phillips pored over hundreds of ballots and found one that Blackwell and Co obviously missed in removing the damning evidence.
Other pics show the punch cards where votes for Kerry/Edwards were recorded with votes for a third party candidate on the same ballot.
Still others show that the original ballots questioned have irregular punches from those where votes were actually recorded. What is that all about? You give some people a different blank ballot punch card from those provided to everyone else?
This is clear evidence of ballot tampering, and the photos prove what people have been saying all along. Obviously the judge was convinced enough to order a stay to the destruction of the 2004 ballots in Ohio which was scheduled to take place on Sept 2 by Blackwell and company.
