Freeperish phone message

I just got the strangest message on my answering machine! It sounded like someone was holding the receiver close to a radio with a man's voice I did not recognize talking about how the government had ignored efforts to capture bin Laden in 98, 99 and also 96. That's the way he phrased it, '98, 99 and also 96.'

I used my real name and zip code when I posted to David Cunningham's comment on the Path to 911 blog on 9/2. I can't believe they'd go to so much trouble to get back at a minor blog post, but it seems very weird.
