i just heard on the local 10 o'clock news that MIAMI AIRPORT is training |
|
its workers (from janitors on up) to be on the look out for suspicious behavior which could point to a terrorists in disguise.
The lead to the very brief mention--they didn't even bother to use their thinking to expand on the snippet--was something like "now miami airport is training everyone to be on the lookout for terrorists".
bush's paranoid mind, together with his need for power and control, is (has, is even a better word) created a police state like this country has never seen--and this is just the beginning of it.
and those cuban-americans (and i am a cuban-american) down in miami are stupid enough not to realize that they are beginning to live under conditions very similar to the ones they escaped from, or left Cuba because of ...
and still even worse, people like chris matthews, tony snow, and others who could turn public opinion against bush, protect him and defend him...and by the time they realize what they have done it will be too late to do anything about it short of a civil war right here in these shores, fought, not by terrorists, but by patriotic people who believe in democracy and want to stop the chains of repression oppressing them.

1. I saw that story earlier in the day. I don't remember on what channel |
|
or network. (I'm in Atlanta). My understanding was that EVERYONE, from management on down was to get 4 hours of "training." Who gets to pay for it?

5. we, the free (free? only bush's delusional state) people of america are! |
|
and, mind you, not the rich big money makers ... they get the tax breaks. we the hardworking people of america who are giving are blood to bush for oil, our dollars for gas, and for higher food prices, higher insurance rates, less health coverage purchased per dollar power, we, america the BLUE COLlAR, the hard working class ... jesse jackson's rainbow America, we are.
It is not Chris Matthews with his blabbering mouth, it is not tony snow, brit hume, katie couric, wolf blitzer, candy crowley, paula zahn. no. it is not any of them making big bucks, blabbering lies and propaganda. it is us affixed to truth and truth telling. . it is we. we are.

|
Bush's State of "Democracy" (sarcasm again) do! Yes... exactly. EVERYONE is supposed to be on the lookout for terrorists at Miami International Airport. ... it all brings to mind when Cubans were asked to be on the lookout for neighbors "plotting" against Fidel Castro. It makes me wonder if the next step for anyone to board any plane anywhere in these United States, they will need to show a BUSH STATE OF PARANOIA PARTY MEMBERSHIP CARD, or perhaps even a BUSH STATE OF REPRESSION MEMBERSHIP CARD. No card. No flight. No paranoic ideation. No flight. No membership to bush's repressive state. No card. No flight.

you...perhaps even our streets, our neighborhood block, perhaps to live and breathe in america we will need a party i.d. card. no bush party i.d. card. no food. no "freedom". no jobs. no i.d. card, then it will be living in hiding, like the hobbits, or ... like that awful period in history in germany, or ... so many instances of "living in hiding" because of megalomaniac dictators like george bush. we really do need to live in a state of fear--but not fear of some phantasmagorical terrorist. our terrorist is real. he is american. he is living in the white house. his name is GWB.

7. I saw that too, thought they were talking about Orlando Int'l |
|
Apparently the TSA have been very busy turning all our airport janitors, shop staff and restroom attendents into industrial-strength ("just like in Israel!") spies. It's a flippin' police state.

i think the newscast here said the MIAMI AIRPORT ... and not one single person in that newsroom or editorial board making any comments about the bush induced state of paranoia. are they fearful of what bush might do to them if they begin to speak out against this sort of bush measure?
bush is beginning to clamp down his iron chain on us. i wonder if amy goodman is going to mention it in her program? i hope she is.
and, let me tell you that once something like that gets rolling it is going to be very hard to stop it.
the next thing we might all see are anti-air-tanks in the airports. who knows? but then, as i think about it, and recall stories of people being "detained" at airports because the CIA, or FBI, of HOMELAND SECURITY, or someone wanted to talk to them, or go over their papers, the chains of repression have been in motion now for a long time here in these united states. this lates training of airport workers is just one more visible measure in the chain of repression being put in place by bush.

9. Yes, we're well on the way |

And all Bush** has to do is use the fear card and the American people just roll over and accept it. No questions asked. Whereas I believe true blue Dems would have ripped Clinton to pieces if he'd been the one to do the things Bush** has done -- 9-11 or not -- never mind the Repugs.
How many years did it take Hitler to rise to total power? Was it 14 or some such?
Yes, we're well on the way.

Do we continue to rage against the bush repression?
what will be for us, the key, that unlocks the chains and sets us free from bush, from the fear that he plants? what will be for us the key that returns us to sanity, and ... how long will it take us to do that? and, will we ever be the America we were once? I don't think so and I don't know what kind of America we will be once we manage to set us free from the bushes, from the diebold machines, from bush bought supervisor of elections ... the view is very overcast.

11. That would not be in the budget. |
|
It must be just an hour or so of orientation as they airport workers go through the process of identification. If it is anything like they care for the security of the mainline/frontline transportation workers, this is just a blurb of interest. Not an actual factual occurrence. Remember, all they can afford to pay airport workers is miminum wage or pennies above that. End.

13. they had an actual video of janitors being trained to increase their work |
|
loads as spies as they go about cleaning the corridors, the bathrooms, the cigarette butt collectors of the airport; the kinds of nervous ticks to notice; the kinds of people that they should be on the look-out for; the kinds luggage or packages... it is a paranoia bonanza and it is happening. it is no small potatoes--there are very evil people heading our government right now and they disguise their takeover of us as being protective of terrorists, who, all in all, happen to be none other than themselves.

17. Wonder how many $8 an hour janitors fell asleep during the video |
|
presentation from working their job and probably another to make their ends meet.
I ride the airport employees buses all the time, and the buzz is the bad pay, bad work conditions, how they are leaving the job, or if they are new to the interview process. Airport jobs are a dime a dozen, and it's a revolving door. The survival rate and employee retention is very low.
As a matter of fact, that in itself is where there is a security risk.

fear and paranoia in the people now so that the noise of chains being locked on us and our freedoms won't be too loud. bush must have another terror attack produced by himself before 2007 or his butt will be kicked out same as blair's and he don't wanna let go.
and, guess what, the only one being protected in this country is the bubble boy but all the militarized gadget that accompanies at the white house or wherever he goes, cannot protect him from his own diarrheaic (as in the flow of diarrhea)paranoia.

It's the politicians that use the anti-terror stuff as fear-based propoganda and abuse the general people trying to really stop terror that are the problem.

beginning with chertoff and tommy ridge and all those color coded lies about our safety.
You know, in Cuba, the DHS was and is called COMITE DE BARRIO where every neighbor that you have spies and tatttles on you. In Russia they used to call it the NKDV. It is a tragedy that Bush came up with one for this country, but then, it is a Bush Serving Chain Installing Repressive Mechanism to ensure his dictatorship. This thing about whether even a broom is a terrorist comes out of the delusions of a parnoid man and his paranoid court. Chertoff is one of his most ass kissing courtiers.
