I am grateful to DU for introducing me to Keith Olbermann

He is well articulated, uses a mix of serious staff and fluff - Paris Hilton - and comes through with honesty and strength of his conviction.

Yesterday and today his program provided excellent summary of the debate surrounding ABC fiction. He actually posted the letter objecting to events presenting in the TV movie... the Reagans, signed by a Republican hot shot (do not remember his name).

The report from NBC Lisa Myers about how the army chooses to wait for Raytheon to develop an anti RPG instead of using an Israeli made system, available now, was excellent, too.

And the report that Katie Couric viewership dropped by 25% in one day was funny, too. And, of course, the cockroaches-averse FL weatherman. The poor guy. Still, Florida is known to have 4" long roaches..

to anyone considering enlisting in the Armed forces. It makes it quite clear that the troops are far less important than the contractors are.
