,..."spectatorship".

Seriously.

Normally, I am a persistent, expressive advocate for those who are obviously too weak to take stand for themselves.

However, I am unable to battle for those at the very bottom when those in the middle are mere "spectators",...what "middle" is left.

I have witnessed the worst crimes against humanity, in my lifetime, by my own government. I have witnessed the worst abuses of power and violations of our, OUR, Constitution by my own government. I have witnessed so many gross losses of innocent lives FULLY INITIATED by our government.

I have watched MANIPULATIVE, LYING CON-MEN (neoconsters and their supporters) successfully CON the people they are suppose to SERVE,...impose survitude upon their own people in order to serve their elite. They actually had the audicity to characterize those of us who have fought our entire lives to "PROTECT" our own people as "elistists",...what a crazy world "they" create.

But, now, I say,...fuck it. The neoCONS are ready to impose all the hard knocks necessary to FORCE people to re-visit values. Besides, we were on a fictional "steady" up UP UPPPP, anyway,...economically oppressing peoples around the world, with political and CIA and military back-up. Why should I be suprised, let alone worried or scared of blow-back "justice"?

Hell, we represent less than 3% of the world's population. The world isn't "for us",...not anymore.

1. it's a good thing to step back and wonder what this is all about...
I mean why would the powers that be want to destroy the middle class in America? Why would they want to send all good jobs offshore? Why would they want so many American children to live in poverty and hunger? Why would they want our National Parks sold out? Why would they want the United States Treasury diverted into the pockets of defense contractors? Why would they want so many people to suffer with no medical care? Why would they want our public places to crumble for lack of repair? Why would they let our reputation in the world be so stained?

Why?

Why?

They treat this land as if they don't expect to have to live in it anymore -- what's that all about?

Is it global warming or peak oil that makes them short-sighted? Do they think the end is near? Is it the rapture?

Or is it perhaps the plan for globalization that leads them to weaken the U.S.? The one-America state, starting with open borders, common commerce, and eventually reaching from the Artic Circle to the end of South America. Is that the reason they are rewriting our history and blurring our issues?

It can't all be just for greed, can it?

3. Maybe the desire for absolute power?
A weakened citizenry allows room for fascism to creep in.

4. you enter the ongoing struggle for justice where it is most . . .
meaningful (and do-able) to you . . .

some are on the front lines, fighting BushCo head on . . .

others work to protect the environment . . .

or to teach peace . . .

or to help on the Gulf Coast . . .

or to fight for gay rights . . .

or to defend civil rights and liberties . . .

or to work with disabled vets . . .

or to bring music back into the schools . . .

or any of a million other endeavors that contribute to the overall goal of a just and humane society FOR ALL . . .

we're all needed . . . it's the collective efforts of ALL justice makers that will save us . . .

if it's not too late . . .
