could be acomplished by destroying a vacant ship and publishing FAKE casualty lists. Any claim to the contrary is just an assumption. Why do I not make that assumtion? Because the documents also detail an ELABORATE plot involving hijacked airliners that involve faking the deaths of the passengers. Why work in a very complex plan of swithing planes an remote piloting if not to AVOID casulties?
