Amendment to protect Ground Zero from presidential desecration

On Monday, Sept. 11th, bush will desecrate the site where a terror attack occurred that he could have prevented with a phone call or public announcement, by laying wreaths and offering a moment of silence.

I offer that it is a desecration to the people who lost there lives on that day because our president was on an extended vacation and witheld warnings that would have saved their lives.

When he takes credit for protecting America, he desecrates the memories of all those who died that day, and all those who have died since then because of that day.
