Fuck writing the mouse. Get their license revoked

Lets stop the bullshit and start calling this Crockudrama what it really is. A $40,000,000.00 campaign contribution to the GOP.

The Democrats know this,
"the manner in which this program has been developed, funded, and advertised suggests a partisan bent unbecoming of a major company like Disney and a major and well respected news organization like ABC."

The producers know it,
"The show's producers have reassured conservatives that "blame on the Clinton team is in the DNA of the project."

You can bet your ass Rove knows it!
AmericaBlog: Bush speech on 9/11 will interrupt "Path to 9/11"?

The simple fact is that this violates campaign contribution laws and ABC's obligation to the public for using OUR airways.

I say it's time to stop wasting our time tryin to get ABC to pull the show. It,s time to take back our public airways from ABC!

Contact your Federal reps and tell them you object to this blatent violation of campaign laws and public trust.

Contact the Federal election comission here:
http://www.fec.gov /

Contact the Federal communication comission here:
http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html

Hell, it has only taken a few hundred right wing wack jobs contacting the FCC about Janis Jacksons Tit to change the entire face of broadcasting in this country. Imagine what thousands of us can do!

It's time to take off the gloves and take it to the streets folks

2. Bully for you!
Let's get ABC's license yanked.

I never did like the "Mickey Mouse Protection Act".

4. don't know much about the Communications Act do ya...
ABC the network doesn't have a license. Its more than 220 affiliates do. Disney owns only around 10 of those affiliates. So what you're advocating is attempting to get the licenses of more than 220 stations revoked. On a content issue.

Dream on.

5. Then why petition ABC/Disney?
From what you're saying, Disney is a bit player (10 out of 220 stations) in this drama, not the owner of ABC.

Likewise, ABC isn't a single entity, but a collection of 220 stations or so.

ABC is hellbent-and-highwatered to continue the charade, and broadcast "Path to 9/11" in its distorted entirety, via through selfsame stations.

So, who do we hold responsible?

Should we start pressuring our individual regional stations not to show this Repub-pap? I know several haven't, for various reasons, broadcasted certain shows in the past. Can we pressure them?

Why bother Disney at all, if not for the fact that they own ABC (which seems to be trumpeted every other commercial break)?

Who shall we target? Who should be held responsible?

And if not revocation of license (or refusing to renew said license), that what punishment do you suggest?

A fine ain't gonna cut it, not for lying to the public (a clear violation of the license terms).

Somehow, ABC (the ENTIRE entity) must be punished.

6. Yes, but those ten include some whoppers

Stations in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, Philly and Houston, top ten markets all, are owned and operated by ABC (Disney). That's a sizable chunk of their national audience.

8. I'm wondering why the FBI doesn't look into this.
I guess they would if Cheney didn't control what they did/do.
