Is There,,Could There,,Should There,,be stuff so "Super Secret" that
Not even Members of Congress are allowed to see/hear it? Stuff so "Super Secret" that only the Bush* Cabal has access to it? Well apparently there is...

Russ Tice has been warned, however, by Renee Seymour, director of NSA's special access programs, not to testify about secret electronic intelligence programs because they are so super-secret; she emphasizes that "neither the staff nor the members are cleared to receive the information covered by the special access programs."

She is saying no one in Congress has Clearance for such "Super Secret" intelligence. How can that be?

4. They don't TRUST ANYONE!
I suppose there could be some super secret methods that must be kept that way. I can't say that I'd trust congress either. It's so partisan on both sides, I thik either would do what they could just to get at their political opponents instead of having the American people as their top priority.

I do however think there must be oversite by SOME non-political group (similar to the FISA court) or you have runaway power like we have now.

5. The only information that they care about
is all the information that will implicate them in all of their crimes. The only people BushCo is protecting is themselves.

10. No, because the Executive and Legislative branches are....
equal in the eyes of government. The president is put into office, just like the legislators are. They all need to have access to the same information before a resonable decision can be made. However, * doesn't care about making reasonable decisions. He makes up his mind (or someone else does it for him) and then he goes looking for the information that supports his decision.
