If I were a stupid American, I'd really start to believe that it's the dems fault for Abramoff's scandal. God, I'm really getting sick of this.

2. have any dems apologized yet for this?
its not like they could just move on, ignore, keep on truckin', get on with it,
ease on down the road, get on the good foot, etc.

5. I never watch CNN or MSNBC or FOX
I just surf through and catch it quickly. There is such rage and anger coming off the repubs, you can't miss it. The news media really is responsible for all of this.

9. Rage and anger from the Republicans...

is at least in part hiding their FEAR. Fear that the jig is up on their free ride of the last 5 years.

Slowly, two steps forward one step back, we make progress.

6. Corporate media is the
great enabler!

The repugs do it, because they know that they can get away with all their lies.

The corporate media does not challenge them.
How they can continue to provide an open platform for the repugs, just boggles the mind.

Have they no decency....I guess not.

7. Let's put the BLAME where it belongs ...
It IS all the Dems' fault!

Don't you remember how the Democrats INSISTED that Bush give tax cuts to the wealthy, how it was going to jump-start the economy (even though the economy was already in GREAT shape when Bush took office)?

Have you all forgotten how it was the Dems who kept coming up with reasons to invade Iraq, how they kept up the drum-beat and trumped up intelligence data, until Bush finally caved and went ahead with the whole ill-fated war?

Are we choosing to look the other way, instead of owning up to the fact that the Dems pushed the use of Diebold machines on the Republicans, who fought it to the bitter end and then finally relented?

It's been the Dems all along - fighting tooth-and-nail for things like the Bankruptcy bill, the oursourcing of American jobs, bigger tax cuts for Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Business.

And God only knows what some nerfarious Democrats in office were holding over Bush's head to force him and his fellow GOPers to do business with scum like Jack Abramoff!

The outing of Valerie Plame, the Nigerian documents forgery, and now the wire-tapping thing - I wish the Dems who were responsible for all of this would step forward and come clean.

This Administration is trying to do right by the hard-working middle class, the poor, the homeless, the sick -- why can't we Dems just get off their backs, instead of virtually holding a gun to their head and making them set up secret prisons and torture innocent people?

We should all be ashamed of ourselves!

Oh, in case it wasn't obvious ...

:sarcasm:

10. They control the Presidency, the House, the Senate, the MSM and are
poised to gain a conservative edge on the SC with Alito. What the hell more do they need to actually lead the country?? Blaming dems for their failures just ain't going to cut it anymore. When are they going to accept some accountability for the monumental messes they've created?
