Let's celebrate 5 yrs. of Failing to find Osama shall we? |
|
Let's have commemorations and moments of silence and let's exploit the dead and let's suck every bit of patriotism and jingoism we can out of the fifth straight year in a row of bush's total and complete failure to find the alleged perp of nine eleven.
Can you believe that this central failure is not the central issue?

selling commemorative Twin Tower coins, made of silver from Ground Zero. How is that possible? I didn't know there was a silver mine below the site.

and all the silver melted into a huge lump. I remember reading a story about how they were concerned clean-up workers would steal it.

3. This should have been a central issue in 2004 |
|
Since those up for re-election this year aided and abetted Bush2 but were not responsible for catching Osama, I don't see this as the central issue.
I'm focused on the incumbent candidates. Those who stood up to Bush have my support. Those who were just toadies and lapdogs can burn in hell.

4. I remember reading a story about a homeless man, off his |

psychotropic meds, who evidently had a problem with a Korean store owner in New York City. Feeling cheated, he didn't seek any justice from the authorities. Instead, he went into a subway station, found ANOTHER Asian-looking woman he'd never met, and pushed her to her death in front of an arriving train.
That's Dubya's antiterror policy! It's NUTS! Nobody who had anything to do with the events of 9/11 has been arrested, let alone prosecuted or punished. Instead, Afghanistan and Iraq got "shock and awe", and tens of thousands of people who had nothing to do with 9/11 have been killed or maimed, along with tens of thousands of our own soldiers and State national Guard abductees.

6. A sad, but accurate, analogy. |

I remember that story, but until your post never realized how similar that type of insanity is with the U.S. administration's actions. It continues with the Rulers connecting dissent with appeasement. Great post. Thanks!
