From Free Republlic: Path 9/11 already shown in Australia (bile warning)
It dosent sound like they cut much out of it. This Australian Freeper is talking about how devistating it is towards Clinton. I can't believe they would show it one way in Australia and another way in the US. It sounds like ABC is basicaly sticking to their guns and showing the piece of crap with very few changes.

Just watched 'The Path to 9/11'

Part one shown on Australian TV this evening.

Don't miss it, my Freeper friends. It's no wonder the Clintonistas have thrown everything at ABC/Disney, in a desperate effort to have the miniseries cancelled. Documents exactly what we've been following over the years on FR. Brave agents on the ground in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Dedicated people at Langley and the J. Edgar Hoover building, working around the clock to capture or kill Bin Laden, Ramzi Yusef et al. And all their efforts derailed by Clinton appointees like Berger and Allbright- selfishly putting their own careers (and covering their asses) before protecting the USA. The line of the show delivered by the actor playing Masood, brave and charismatic leader of the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan:

...are there any men left in Washington? Or are they all cowards?....

Take the phone off the hook, and don't miss it. All the best, Byron

4. They really do think they can just make up their own reality
They share that trait with the BushCo minions in the whitehouse.

"That's not the way the world really works anymore. We're an empire now, and when we act we create our own reality."

7. Freepers would flunk any current events quiz miserably.
The Freeptards imagine themselves to be well-informed, but they only THINK they know what's going on. If a fair and honest test based on actual, factual knowledge of current events could be established -- and if Freepers could be tricked into taking it (they'll never take a test based on facts if they know that's what it is) -- we could establish for once and all that Freepers have no idea what is really going on, so insultated are they in their own spit-bubble.

5. It portrays the Northern Alliance in a positive light?
The Northern Alliance was so brutal that when the Taliban came the Afghans cheered. They didn't care about religious oppression so long as the Northern Alliance stopped killin their children.

8. Unless they worked in the Clinton White House, the FBI, the CIA, the NSC,
the State Department, DoD and the NSA during the Clinton Administration, they don't know what the shit they're talking about.

If anybody's attempting to "rewrite history" here, it's the current Administration, their propagandists and the lemmings on the right, who are just dumb enough to buy into this crap.

Must be nice for these "armchair analysts" to sit on their fat asses and have the luxury of running off at the mouth without having to do any of the real work or putting in the thousands of man-hours that went into tracking bin-Laden. :eyes:
