Edit. Excitedly bad spelling.
and I can see that they're are going to go "hoist on their own petard".
This is the worst propaganda I'ver ever seen. This is really gonna be hard for ABC to live down.
Wow!

It's about as entertaining as watching jumpy home movies of someone else.
The assholes who produced this piecve of shit are trying to be "cool" and they made the mistake of thinkling that jerky cameras automatically mean "verismillitude."
If you watched Traffic or a similar film, it shows that such techniques can be used to simulate realism IN THE HANDS OF A TALENTED FILMAKER.
But the clowns who made this piece of crap are BAD filmakers, who only succeed in being boring and giving the poor viewer headaches with all of the incoherent editing and jump cuts and jarring cameras and shouting. It's incoherent.
And NO sense of characterization. Who gives a daman about any of these people? You can't tell them apart.
And their attempt to manipulate emotions -- to make us angry at the bleeding heart liberals of the Clinton administration -- is just laughable. It's so transparent.
Watching a bad movie always makes one appreciate how hard it is to make a good movie. At least the Christian Clowns succeeded in that.

I'm trying hard to watch to catch all the lies, but this is unbelievably boring. Which, considering the subject matter, is pretty hard to do.

Americablog posted about that in the version he saw, they had Atta getting on the wrong airline. They also misspelled Madeleine Albrights name (Madeline). At least in the "true" version he saw.

14. The only comparable propaganda film. |
|
The only comparable film that bad may be "Hiding Place", by Billy Graham's film production company.
It had some lesser Hollywood names, was about the persecution of Jews in 1944 Holland, and was advertised on television as strictly as war movie with it being the SS versus the Dutch Underground. But, it was about a Corrie ten Boom, a WWII Christian cultural hero/figure. Probably thirty years ago.
It played fairly straight for about twenty or thirty minutes, then the survivors go to prison camps and spend the next two hours helping each other "come to Jeeezussss!
I never knew the real meaning of tedium until that film. It was absolutely agonizing.
But I would recommend it to anyone needing an alternate toture while healing from a bad case of over-flagellation!
