Rachel Maddow loves the 9/11 report!

This is the second time I have heard her talking about it with out even acknowledging the missing parts of it. Like tower 7 ????
She had just read a graphic novel based on the commission report and had the author on. She was praising how close it was to the report which admirably she says she has read. What is her story? I have just started to listen to Air America this early.

1. I love Rachel, but

I felt the same uneasiness listening to her interview this morning. I think she tries to be
non-abrasive and stay non-confrontational.
By keeping things light and humorous overall, she gets complex points across and I think she may even sway some die-hard
Rethugs every so often.
On the other hand, after Sept. 18 she will no longer be heard in the mornings on AAR. I think her time slot is
switching to evenings.

2. She probably doesn't want to get fired like Mike Malloy did

the day after he had Greg Palast on as a guest. I didn't hear the show but I've read that they were poking holes in the official 9/11 story.

Maddow's on her way up, up, up and that means that especially on this subject, it pays to stay in the center.

I didn't get to hear the show today. The "stream today's show" link on her page plays Friday's show.
