Edited on Mon Sep-11-06 01:37 PM by uppityperson
(Edited to add, for those who don't read my post below, RIP people who died, my condolences to friends, family, all affected. And a big F* you to all who are politicizing this to hurt more of us, to cause more harm to people and the world.)

what was it anyway. Hmmm, have to think for a while. What what what what what could it have been?

Darn it.

thinking

still thinking

was it those 2669 USA military officially killed in the Iraq invasion/occupation? No.
war it those other 115 coalition military officialy killed in the Iraq invasion/occupation? No.
was it those thousands Iraqis killed in the Iraq invasion/occupation? No.
how about those simply murdered, raped, tortured in the Iraq invasion/occupation. No, not even them.

Was it the ability of the gvt to get private info about me from my library, my doctor, my child's school while denying them the right to tell me they did when I ask? No, not even that.

Was it the gvts ssslllllooooowwww response to Katrina's devasation or New Orleans flooding? How about FEMA, or the Army Corps levee job in NO? No.

Dang, what is it about today I am supposed to remember?

and a big F* you to all who are politicizing this to hurt more of us, to cause more harm to people and the world. (That is my intent, not to downplay any grieving, but the bs that the admin is/has used this for)

Thanks not how I interpreted your post. I blame Bush for for 9/11, but not the families.

7. me too, and I blame bush for using those deaths for his own purposes
Friends of family died there, family are really angry about how their deaths have been used. Saying "don't forget 9/11", insinuating that any of us would forget what we saw and experienced that day, I find that very insulting. How could I forget? How can rwers dare insult me that way?
