1. THE COPS ARE NOT BEING PAID ENOUGH
2. MORALE IS VERY LOW BECAUSE THE STATS IN THE COMPUTERS ARE NOT BEING REPORTED ACCURATELY AND CRIME IS WORSE THAN BEING REPORTED.
3. They need more cars, people and other resources
4. The terrorists are taking up so much time and resources that other offenders ARE BEING IGNORED LIKE THE DRUG DEALERS.


MAYOR BLOOMBERG AND RAY KELLY ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH AND NEED TO BE REMOVED!!!
