Did Apple scrap its plan for distributing the 9/11 Lie?
I have checked ITunes and can find no listing for it and the plan was they were going to distribute it free.

Did Steve Jobs wise up?

1. Isn't it a two-parter?
I would think they'd distribute it after the second night has aired.

3. Given that it is 5+ hours
It would be broken into multiple parts for download. No mention of it on the site.

We'll see.

I was wondering if anyone heard from Apple.

4. If Jobs "wised up," he'd insist on having fired any executive
of any Disney related venture who was associated with "Path to 9/11."

7. Apple has nothing to do with this
Steve Jobs is a staunch Democrat. Al Gore is on the board of directors of Apple. Steve Jobs used to have Bill and Hillary Clinton stay at his house when they were in town. If anything, I'll bet that Steve Jobs would use his influence to make sure that this farce of a "docudrama" is NOT available on iTunes.

8. That's what I am hoping.
I have spent over a $100 in the last month on iTunes. If Apple distributes this crap, that will be the last dollar they get from me.

10. Jobs owns 7% of Disney. He could have stopped "Path to 9/11"
Jobs is the largest stockholder of Disney.

Don't fool yourself. Jobs sold out. It may be because of dirt the NSA got through wiretaps but he caved and since he is the largest stock holder in Apple, we need to boycott Apple, including iTunes which isn't cool anymore anyway.

11. Jobs is on the board of directors of Disney & is the largest stockholder
Believe me, Jobs had the power to have "Path to 9/11" stopped or at least to hold the executives responsible by having them fired.

6. Yes.

I just read and deleted an e-mail stating that Apple will not be distributing it. I can't remember who the e-mail was from. (I filled out so many petitions.)

13. it was from think progress here's a snip:
The buzz your efforts created in the press also led to significant victories:

ABC's educational distribution partner, Scholastic, significantly revised materials they planned to send to 100,000 high school teachers, incorporating the controversy as part of their teaching tools.

ABC's Internet distribution partner, Apple, has apparently abandoned plans to make the movie available for free on iTunes.

More broadly, our efforts to fight for the truth will permanently be linked to this ABC project. Hundreds of newspapers and television reports described the inaccuracies that were part of the initial version of the movie.
