We are more safer now, compared to September 10th 2001... |
|
February,1993 thru September 2001 = 8 years, how can anyone realistically claim to feel safer when only five years have passed since we've been hit? let's pass eight years without a hit before claiming we've accomplished anything...

My own government has declared my beliefs about peace to be paramount to treason, and that scares the crap out of me. :grr:

We have been very lucky not to be attacked again. This Replug Congress has done nothing to make America safer. Our Ports,Borders ,Trains, Buses, Nuke and Chem plants are wide open for attack. The we are safer is a Replug talking point

we're not "safe", we've never been "safe", we don't need to be 100% "safe" or "safer", and oceans DO protect us.
Arab or Persian hordes are going to have a real tough time swimming the Atlantic. It is utterly absurd to suggest that we will have to "fight them here".
