Seriously, if that isn't tipping his hand, I don't know what is! Why else would he do such a thing, if he wasn't sure he's going to get Alito through--and that Alito is what he need's to reverse Roe v. Wade?

The statement made in the link above should be forwarded to any and all senators that are still on the fence about how to vote on Alito.

Who plans to e-mail and call senators tomorrow with this?

Lucky for him, HE cannot get pregnant and be forced to have a child he doesn't want just because someone decided to rape him and Roe v Wade is gone and/or there are so many obstacles to abortion he cannot get a safe, legal one no matter what. HE cannot be double victimized by this society and by cretins like Alito and his sick, twisted, ideology.

That helps explain that attitude. SOME of us have a lot less to lose by having Alito on the court. I figure those pimply-assed, pantywaist Democrats up there on Capitol Hill must feel the same way or they'd stand up and FIGHT this asshole. Watch. They won't. It's not THEIR ass on the line if Alito gets in there. It's everyone else's.

Women. Minorities. Workers. Progressives. And most importantly OUR CONSTITUTION which protects them all (because he supports the unconsititional idea of Presidents having unlimited authority - uncchecked) - all of it.

It's a really dangerous attitude to have. But there it is.
