A bizarre place for a Sept. 11 moment of silence--after my group workout

session, during the cool-down. The trainer turned down the music for a moment for a "moment of silence for those lost on Sept. 11." Then she turned the music back up and completed the cool-down.

I didn't see that coming. :shrug:

1. We had the same thing hit us after Yoga last night
The 'positive thought' was pertaining to 911. To tell you the truth it was a bit of a shock. The hour had given me relief from a day filled with the propaganda and I was sorry that the subject was brought up, to be truthful. Oh well, no harm done. Peace to you. Kim
