PT911 Monday Ratings - it was #1 but Didn't Improve |
|
Edited on Tue Sep-12-06 09:50 AM by RamboLiberal
Though Sludge is touting it as finishing #1 - note it did not improve it's anemic numbers. Looks like TV viewers still turned it off. Note that ESPN's ratings on the football game are NOT MEASURED against the the major network ratings but is measured in cable show ratings. Maybe it's about time the cable shows are measured against the network ratings. I'd bet ESPN beat PT911.
FLASH: ABC 'PATH TO 9-11' TOP RATED SHOW OF MONDAY NIGHT... 8.3 RATING/12 SHARE FOR ABC MOVIE, BEAT 'CSI: MIAMI' RERUN <6.8/11> AND NBC 9-11 'DATELINE' <3.7/6>... DEVELOPING...
From Drudge.com
Sunday night Part one of ABC's "Path to 9/11," in comparison, earned a rating of 8.2/12
And for the first time in my 50+ years of life I wrote both ABC and my local ABC affiliate that I now consider them dead in my life for at least a year. If ABC repeats this dreck next year, same boycott will apply for another year.

3. Looks like it hit a very specific demographic |

What are good ratings these days? I think way back when the popular shows were in the 20s. Seems like 8.3 is really a pretty bad rating.

4. It beat that smirky Dateline? |
|
I was switching through and saw some ghoulish reporter doing some ghoulish tabloid story about something.
Not much competition with that and CSI rerun.
