9/11/06 - IT IS HAPPENING, THE WORLD CHANGED TODAY

I believe the world was changed today.

I knew this when I watched C-SPAN last night and amid all the pomp & circumstance with Bush & Company once again trampeling on the dead of 9/11 for political gain C-SPAN broadcast the 9/11 Truth Movement at the National Press Club. There is no way anyone could watch these women and not feel not only sympathy but understanding. The first woman speaker was riveting, and I apologize for not remembering her name. This was presented in such a way that anyone who would dare call these women names would confirm their ignorance and political bias. Even though there was actually a woman on C-SPAN this morning complaining that it was shown. Some of the 36% of Americans will do their best to try and hide their heads and remain ignorant I suppose, but I bet we could turn that 36% into 12%, maybe less.

I couldn’t sleep last night thinking that we have finally “jumped the shark” after 5 years. The truth is out there, and its not going away. This snowball is turning into an avalanche. Last night I was thinking of so many eloquent ways to present this, but today of course, they all escape me. However, I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is our golden opportunity to take our country back – and WE need to be the change. WE need to do it. A Revolution CAN happen, and it can happen without bombs, guns or violence. It can happen through our minds and our intelligence.

We’ve been blessed in the past with our Kennedy’s and Martin Luther’s who were only one person, but who changed America’s landscape forever but who were silenced – they cannot silence ALL OF US. Now it is time for all the People who have questions about 9/11, who dislike the path that America is on, who are sick of the war, killing and maiming of Americans and foreigners alike, and who are sick of our voices being silenced to speak out and take action.

The 9/11 Press For Truth DVD (http://www.911truth.org/) was presented and it was riveting. No “conspiracy theories” – JUST QUESTIONS and the DEMAND FOR A NEW 9/11 INVESTIGATION to answer all those questions that were never answered in the prior report.

The DVD is $15. I know many DU’ers are and can be more creative than myself, but I say we need a MOVEMENT – 9/11 IS THE KEY ISSUE that will change America’s future forever. We had the Women’s Movement, we had the Civil Rights movement, perhaps this can be the PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT and 2006 will go down in the history books as the YEAR OF REVOLUTION. WHEN THE PEOPLE TOOK AMERICA BACK.

The 9/11 truth group is sending a copy of this DVD to EVERY CONGRESSPERSON. I say why stop there? What about the Senate? What about the news media? What about musicians, what about actors and actresses?

If some DU’er or DU itself could become creative – and have a fund drive for donations to buy as many copies of this DVD as possible, we could make a list of people to send it to, cooperate with other sites, perhaps Daily KOS, and others asking for donations to get this DVD exposed and so far out into the American conscious – the truth of 9/11 CAN NO LONGER BE IGNORED – even by our media. I know many of us are broke and barely making ends meet now, but what if we got this DVD into the right hands – into the hands of those WITH resources? What could happen? Send one to Oprah, Kanye West, Barbara Streisand, Sean Pean, Bruce Springstein, Green Day, U2, The View, every anchor on Fox News, every anchor on CBS, NBC, ABC, every CNN & MSNBC anchor – I don’t have much, but I could buy myself a $15 DVD and loan it out, and contribute $15 to have it sent to someone else. People will no longer be able to claim ignorance. We sign a petition to all of our Congress and Senate demanding a new 9/11 Investigation. And after we sign that petition, we make phone call after phone call. This will separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak – those willing, are the good guys, those that refuse – need to LOSE.

Can we do this? I believe in my heart of hearts, this is our last chance. People ARE standing up, we must stand with them. People such as Keith Olberman, we ALL either stand together – or fall divided.

I know I haven’t expressed myself as well as I had hoped, I want to INSPIRE, I want people to CATCH ON FIRE, I want CHANGE and I want to help be that change. It is up to us now, or all of America loses.

And in closing, I want to personally thank DU and the Administrators. After 9/11/01 I was frantically searching for a site that I could reach out to and be a part of, because I had questions and I knew the official story was a lie and I wanted to know if there were others who felt the same, and I found DU. So many brilliant minds came together and with their questions, began to seek answers. DU was a God-send to me and to many of us – and this one website has inspired a whole movement. Even though I personally hated seeing anything 9/11 going to the 9/11 basement, we were very fortunate that DU allowed that, and are allowing many 9/11 subjects into General Discussion. But we were very fortunate that there was a group of guys who felt so strongly about the election that they CREATED THIS SITE, and that they allowed open discussion. The mere existence of DU can not be under-estimated.

I feel like I am a mere pebble that found a lake in DU and there were other pebbles in the lake, and 5 years later, that lake has turned into an ocean – and now I want that ocean to turn into the sea – the WORLD must become aware and must know the truth. You throw a pebble into the lake – and the force of that little pebble sends waves out, if you get my analogy here.

Anyone else inspired to help? Can we do this? Will you try?
