Tell me again why Pakistan is our Ally?
1. Osama Bin laden purported to be in Pakistan. You know him, the terrist.
2. Pakistan has nuk u leer weapons.Supposed reason we invaded Iraq.
3. Pakistan is run by a Military Dictator. Not a democracy.
4. Pakistan just made a pact with Al qaeda. America's sworn enemy.Destroyer of World Trade Center etc.

Yet we're rattling our sword at Iran? Selective (Katrina) foreign policy.

5. Pakistan is the Ally of the House of Saud.
And since the House of Saud control Saudi Arabian Oil, not only is the house of Saud our ally, so is anyone allied with the House of Saud. The US is like any Drug Addict, our master is our dealer, our friends are our dealer's friends.

Pakistan is between Afghanistan and India. It's all about geo-political strategy. The reason Afghanistan has been so controversial, along with the struggles to have control over the area, have to do with the oil reserves and the proposed pipeline that would benefit the oil and gas companies, meaning Saudi Arabia and the US.

The larger goal is to eventually isolate Uzbekistan, where the largest untapped oil reserves lie, as much as possible in a bid to keep Russia and China from having mineral rights control: Whoever controls the black gold, controls the world. It's the modern corporate terrorism. To hell with how it impacts the citizens there, or elsewhere globally.

Edited on Tue Sep-12-06 02:26 PM by originalpckelly
It seems the ISI might have played a role in 9/11, because the man in charge of dolling out the funds for the operation was none other than an Inter-Service-Intelligence operative:

(ISI is the main Pakistani intelligence service.)

13. I always thought it strange
how the trail ran cold as soon as bin Laden hightailed it over the border into Pakistan.

Kind of like a movie ending...you know where the outlaw anti-hero makes it south of the border and he's home free.
