1. so, a political pro-life group is using a room in the Senate building to
gather before the March. dah!

......A Silent No More Awareness gathering will be held after the march at 4 p.m. at the Supreme Court building, where women will share publicly their pain and healing after abortion. The Silent No More Awareness Campaign Web site has a listing of other locations across the country where similar gatherings are planned.

9. And meanwhile the Dems are forced to meet in a broom closet
in the basement.
I wish people would wake up to this sham.

Terri Schiavo's sister says U.S. doesn't value life
By Associated Press
Published January 22, 2006

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The sister of Terri Schiavo said Saturday that her family's failed court struggle to keep the brain-damaged woman alive shows a society that has "lost sight of the value" of human life.

Suzanne Vitadamo said her sister did not want to die and was not in a terminal condition when her feeding tube was removed in March. Schiavo's husband, Michael, had a court order to remove the tube.

Schiavo weds in private service

The ceremony at a Catholic church was very emotional, a relative says. The couple's two children attend.

SAFETY HARBOR - Michael Schiavo and Jodi Centonze were married in a private ceremony at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church on Saturday.

"It was very emotional," said John Centonze, brother of the bride, just after the noon ceremony. "It's been a long time coming. A lot of things happened in between."

The wedding came a day after the couple applied for a Pinellas County marriage license and 10 months after the death of Schiavo's first wife, Terri.

Terri Schiavo died March 31, two weeks after her feeding tube was removed, and 15 years after a cardiac arrest that left her in what most doctors called a persistent vegetative state. Her death was a most public process, with the Florida Legislature, Congress, the courts, pundits and interest groups weighing in.
