2. Isn't this the same guy...
Who not that long ago, was applauding the deal some democrats made that allowed bush to appoint nazi thugs as federal judges?

This is an idea that is long, long overdue. This should've been done in 2000 and in every single year this monster has taken the floor in Congress.

If only the Dems would heed his advice.

5. If the Republicans could do it in 1995, the Democratics can do it in 2006.

This is hardly an original idea. Might be fun, though. :)

1995: Republicans Booed Clinton and Walked Out During Speech The upheaval wrought by the Republican election landslide was visible throughout the president's State of the Union address - from the moment Speaker Newt Gingrich took the gavel to the striking silence that often greeted Clinton from the GOP. At one point, Republicans even booed. About 20 of them left as Clinton went on and on for an hour and 20 minutes.

"we can't disrespect the presidency in this way" . . . mark my words . . .

8. Heck, in that case, they have nothing to lose
It must feel like prison to be forced to applaud the guards for fear of upsetting them.
