I'm sure the answer is buried in a thread somewhere, but there are so many threads I hope you will forgive me just this once for starting my own. I emailed Leahy and Reid. I called and e-mailed my senators (Boxer and Feinstein).
Who else should be on the list?

my own dem senator has, thankfully, announced that he will vote no. unfortunately, the other one, a repub, natch, is going to vote yes.
