Former Enron employees have mixed feelings |
|
http://washingtontimes.com/upi/20060122-080445-8716r.htm
Former Enron employees have mixed feelings about former Chairman Ken Lay and CEO Jeffrey Skilling as their fraud and conspiracy trial draws near.
The Houston Chronicle said some former employees harbor more sympathy for Lay, widely regarded as a fatherly figure in Enron's halcyon days, than for Skilling.
The government takes its case against Lay and Skilling to trial starting Jan. 30.
Tracey Michel spent six years in Enron's information-technology department and has always seen Lay as undeserving of the charges the federal government brought against him, though she adds that "might be naive."

1. Tracey, may I suggest pulling your head out of your butt? |
|
You'll probably get more much-needed oxygen that way.

3. Hmmm, the article quotes two people |
|
saying, "I like it when con men steal my retirement funds and defraud American citizens." But what can you expect from the Mooney Times?
