for the Iowa Democratic ticket - and carried the crowd to the big picture. Really well done.

The 49 who didn't vote for Bush in 04. CSpan is sure giving Obama and Harkin good coverage. This is great.

at the party conference. Haven't liked his middle of the road posturing in the Senate so far but it's early days.

20. I liked how Obama said that the |
|
Republicans were breaking up the government piece by piece and giving it to the rich. Small government, nobody to worry about, everybody takes care of themselves, no worry about helping others, no worry about who doesn't have insurance, etc.
Obama was great!

22. I really want to see him on the ticket with the next pres nominee |
|
Everyone says he is still too inexperienced, but he is so personally accessible. He uses language that is totally universal and he comes across as "enlightened." Maybe it is his simultaneous local and global conscience. I recognize that he has been politically pragmatic and it has seemed like a let down, but I think we should sweep him into higher office while he is young and idealistic!!
