Someday, everything's gonna be different...
...Oh, the hours we spent inside the Coliseum
Dodging lions, and a-wasting time
Oh those mighty kings of the jungle, I could hardly stand to see'em
Yes it sure has been a long, hard drive

Train wheels a-running thru the back of my memory
When I ran on a hilltop following a pack of wild geese
Someday everything is gonna sound like a rhapsody
When I paint my masterpiece

...Someday, its gonna be different
When I paint my masterpiece.

What's your masterpiece?

How would you make it different?

2. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece...but here goes....
Feeling trapped by life’s tapestry foregone, drowning timelessly in the past, desperately gasping for what-ifs, imminently my breath escapes me. Yet it is not my death but my rebirth.

Discovering self perseverance, excepting that my pen will not rewrite history and knowing that with each lustrous sunrise, I too will rise, exuding the light that has survived within me, and within us all.

* I wonder where KKKarl is hiding the election software he wants to employ
* If Lil Ricky manages to squeak it out in PA will he launch a new attack on America's gay citizens in 2007
* If I were a delegate to the UN I would smoke a hookah today when Bush preaches, I mean addresses, them
* Thank God for Keith Olbermann, the Moses of our time

5. A Masterpiece Stands Alone
---- It is a work of art upon which no improvement may be made or even imagined. It's countervailing forces in optimum, undisturbed balance. It's any worthwhile human endeavor to which you can turn your back without fear that it will be different when you turn back around. You can take your eye off a masterpiece; it is a reservoir of freestanding truth.

---- My most immediate masterpiece is a pick-up truck with 160,000 miles on it, but which starts every time, doesn't burn any oil, hasn't required any major work in years,... and has never let me down. It is physics-as-art. Devise the same vehicle along principles of human nature, and you will have the optimum balanced society.

9. Today I would
have but one wish: that the darkness would be removed from President Bush's mind, and for the first time, he would recognize that Albert Camus was speaking to him.

"We are faced with evil. I feel rather like Augustine did before becoming a Christian when he said, 'I tried to find the source of evil and I got nowhere. But it is also true that I and a few others knew what must be done if not to reduce evil at least not to add to it.' Perhaps we cannot prevent this world from being a world in which children are tortured. But we can reduce the number of tortured children. And if you believers don't help us, who in the world can help us do this?"
