CNN caption LIE: "Hundreds protest Iraq War at UN"
at the same time their on-site reporter said, "There are thousands of anti-war protesters gathered here to protest President Bush's appearance at the UN..."

So, the viewer half-paying attention or channel surfer who just glances at the screen will read "hundreds" were protesting the war (piddly turn-out) vs. "thousands".

What else is new?

1. Well, really now, what is thousands but bunches of hundreds?
Is seventy-hundred inaccurate when talking about seven thousand?
