What happened to the Truthout blog?

Does anyone know what happened to the Truthout Town Meeting blog? It appears that Truthout pulled down their entire blog sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning. They gave no advance notice of this and have provided no explanation unless I missed it. Say what you like about Truthout or their blog, but this action does seem strange. Anyone know anything about this?

6. Just crazy speculation

At the time they pulled down their forum some discussion was just getting ramped up about documents that Jason Leopold suposedly has in his possession related to the Fitzgerald investigation. Is it possible that TO is self censoring for some reason on this or some other issue? Is it possible they have received some sort of order to do so? Hence the suddenness and strange silence?

Truthout has printed plenty of silly stuff. But at least they always respect me enough to let me make my own decisions about credibility rather than gate keeping for me.

None if this changes the fact that it's bizarre and a bit out of character for those guys to pull their entire forum down unannounced and not comment further on it.
