My wish for Bush.
I assume that our "president" who calls himself a "Christian" believes in the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

Fair enough. My wish for Bush is that what he has allowed to be done unto others at Abu Ghraib, Gitmo, and who knows where else, should be done unto him (along with Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld and who knows how many more).

I never in my life thought I would advocate torture. But these people's crimes against humanity deserve no less. Sorry, but I'm fresh out of forgiveness and even a trial at the Hague just doesn't seem to be sufficient.

What I hate most about BushCo is that I've been driven to this horrendous point in what I always thought to be my values and sense of morality.

Maybe this is just a passing moment. Or maybe I just need to turn off Randi. She's spent much of the afternoon relating what BushCo has done to human beings. And it's driven me into a mindless rage.

(I'll probably regret this post tomorrow. But I needed to get it out of my system.)

3. If that is what he wants done on to others, then maybe
What my wish is for him to confess his criminal activity while in the white house, then he and his entire cabinet including Cheney resign. Then they live out the rest of their lives in disgrace.

2. i wish him enlightenment
i don't expect it, but before he dies, i hope that he understands the historical scale of his blunders. it will take generations to undo what has been done & create peace between the monotheisms.
