5. Level 2 means no avatars

The busier the site gets the less features will remain.

Level 1 is pretty normal. That's when the signatures disappear.
Level 2 is when the avatars disappear

And eventually you end up with a teletype. It's really funny, but the last time I saw it was last year during the inaugaration of Dubya.
