Oprah move over. Even while dodging the American army and the CIA, Osama still finds time to enjoy his beloved past time. Osama is a book worm, a real man of culture, some might even say hip. Some of his favorite titles include, Death to America, the Koran, Bush is from Mars Saddam is from Venus, and oh yes...his most recent favorite, Rogue State, by William Blum. :sarcasm:
In all seriousness though, the reference to Rogue State raises serious concerns over the authenticity of the newest Bin Laden tape. If Rogue State has never been published in Arabic, this may be the smoking gun that we are looking for. I have made inquiries to the publisher of this book, and am awaiting their response. I doubt that Bin Laden had time to have someone translate this book for him.

3. You could have a very valid point there. Wasn't this book just |
|
recently released in the US? I know Olbermann profiled it last week.

6. According to Wikipedia, it looks like he speaks english |
|
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osama_bin_laden A woman who in 1971 had attended an English language course with bin Laden recalled him saying with some sadness that his mother was a concubine <5>.

and when U.S. reporters talked to him in the 90's they used a translator.
I took Spanish class, but I still cannot speak or read Spanish for my life.
