Canuck joke
Maybe you guys have heard it before - maybe not.

It has to do with the current election underway - and Bush's reaction.
1. If Harper is elected - George W. Bush will pick up the phone immediately and congratulate Harper.
2. If Martin is re elected - George W. Bush will appoint some lackey to do the deed and congratulate Mr. Martin - over the next week or so.
3. If Jack Layton is elected - then George W. Bush will announce the immediate invasion and attack on the recently converted communist Canada.

Wish us luck. We need it. I'm off to vote now.

2. It's funny 'cause it's true
And I voted today. Took all of 3 minutes.

Just scratched my 'X' on the piece of birch bark and I was on my way.

3. I thought you used the pick of your ice skate
and etched your vote on the frozen pond. :)

4. They tried that once
But it melted in the hot July sun. Bad sledding that year, as I remember.

5. Saw some pretty funny stuff on the Mercer Report this weekend...
Had the pleasure of spening the weekend in Maple Leaf Land and caught the Mercer Report. Very funny stuff, much like The Daily Show.

7. Mercer & others on the CBC did the satirical political TV thing for
10 years. Is/was great. They actually used to get live politicians in their fun and games.
