If bin Laden is still alive, it no longer matters if El Diablo catches him
If Bush really wanted to catch his old business partner and bring him to justice for 9/11/01, he would have done it a long time ago. Instead, he ordered our armed forces to take their eye off the ball and invade Iraq. And he has publicly admitted that he's not really concerned about bin Laden or his whereabouts.

So, it doesn't matter anymore. Burn the Republican machine to the ground in November.
