Government spies on Halliburton protesters!! |
Michael Isikoff on Hardball just said that the government had even put the anti-Halliburton protesters in Houston under surveillance. He said the government or military was surfing the Internet and reading liberal websites and learned of the protest that was held in Houston. This story was just reported so I have no link. Watch for news from Isikoff's next article. Why is the government spying on liberal websites?

1. I pass Halliburton vehicles regularly, pass by their facilities now |
and again.... never have an evil thought against them, they are Americans trying to make a living... their leaders and decision makers however should be doing time.... witness their poisoning our troops.

4. As head of Halliburton |
Cheney acquired a company that owed substantial jury awards to many employees who died or were disabled from asbestos.
Then, when he became VP, he made sure the rules were changed so those people got screwed out of their settlements.
I feel sorry for people who work for Halliburton. Who knows how many ways they're getting the shaft?

2. Why is the government spying for a private company? |
Obviously a rhetorical question.

5. I am wondering if the spies got news of the Halliburton |
protest from DU. I think they are abusing their power to spy on groups they disagree with politically.

11. This is just like the 1970's with the |
FBI spying on college campuses because they disagreed with the politics of certain groups.
