to think that degrees of torture are okay. I wonder if someone grabbed her salon dyed and styled hair and whacked it with a bread knife and then stuck her head in the sink and washed her three inches of make-up off with a brillo pad if she would consider that assault. Of course she would and it comes pretty close to torture, IMHO. The reason would be because she lost the freedom over her person and that is torture.
