3. I visited DC in the Clinton years and then went back during *ss's

first term. I was shocked at all the barriers that had been placed in almost all government buildings. I felt like a crimnal who could not be trusted to view my own government. That was before 9/11 and I can only imagine the armed camp it must be now.
