Worried about Clinton, he didn't look well in that interview with Wallace
Edited on Mon Sep-25-06 03:40 PM by NNguyenMD
I know he's been working like mad, he raised 7 Billion dollars in lightening time, but seeing him in that video scared me. He looked a lot older than when I remember him before his CABG.

I fear that he might not enjoy the long life granted to all of our other ex-presidents.

I pray that I am wrong, seeing the big dawg smack down that little shit felt mightey damn good.

1. Well he was in his forties when elected
and I think he's now in his sixties. Big difference.

2. Beats living for another 20-30 years
thinking the books on your library shelf are a bunch of trees.

(Reagan asked an interviewer to hand him one of the trees from his shelf during one of his last interviews).

4. I think he looks great for a 60 year old.
Compare him to Chimpolini, for instance, Doctor.

8. haha well, what really worries me is that he and the little shit (CW)
are the same age. WJC born 1946, little shit sitting across from him 1947.

granted, the little shit works in TV and needs constant make-up and plastic surgery to keep up the facade. But even taking that into account, the contrast in how they look is pretty dramatic.

Being the freaking best hardest working president for 8 years, and still having millions of lives depend on you year afterwards probably contributes to the aging as well.

Well, I hope that I'm wrong and when I'm 45 (20 years from now) that we will still have WJC around.

11. Shallow people like wallace tend to not have character lines
on their faces because they never think deep thoughts and tend to not know how to live a full and generous life so that it is reflected on their faces.

5. He just turned 60
He looks terrible. I think his bypass surgery was very hard on him. I was at the Library opening a couple of years ago and he looked even worse then. Prayers...

6. I wish he'd treat himself to a couple of weeks on a tropical island,
w/o politics. I thought he looked pale, but he responded well.

12. I thought his face sagged
The left side, like maybe a mild stroke or something. As much as the man drives me round the bend, I would hate for anything to happen to him. Of course for him and his family and his global initiatives which are tremendous - but whenever he DOES finally decide to kick some butt, he really does kick it. I just wish he'd forget this bipartisan stuff and move into permanent whoop ass mode.

15. Seriously
I did think his face sagged a bit around his mouth and I really was worried about a stroke. Just generally, not "have a stroke" kind of thing.
