Which Dem Senators Are Up For Rejection/Reelection In 2006?
The ones who are up in 2008 might be thinking they have some breathing room. I was just wondering if any of the 2006 gang is going to be stupid enough to vote for Scalito, and quickly lose their job.

1. Ben Nelson of Nebraska is up
for reelection, and he'll probably vote yes. However, there aren't many liberals to get angry at him.

18. That's the problem
Nebraska will elect a guy that votes with us 50% of the time, or a guy that vote with us 0% of the time. I'll hold my nose and take Nelson.

6. Maria Cantwell of Washington State
So far she is wishy-washy about filibustering Alito. I will NOT vote for her if she does not filibuster Alito -- period.

13. don't be a jerk -- the other option is NOT to vote for anyone for Senator
I refuse to be bullied by name calling (I can call myself a name but YOU can not) to vote for a DINO. Period.

19. It is DU policy that we cannot work for the defeat of any
Democratic candidate.

So, I really hope the Dems put up a Dem in the primary. But, with everything else on their hands, I really don't see how they can. So, I am mum.
