Tweety hosted Kathleen WILLEY about the supposedly mystery jogger who threatened to kill her cat. Off the air they had discussed the name of the jogger and Tweety was trying to get her to say the name on the air. She wouldn't. Finally Tweety named the name himself, "Is it (so-&-so)?" She just stayed frozen. Later it turned out that the person named had NO connection at all, had been out of town, out of state, in California, at the time.

But for whatever bizarre connecting of dots, Pat & Bay's mentally disabled brother went to the named person's house with a firearm. The only people there were some foreign exchange students.

Besides the WILLEY and BUCHANAN aspects, the salient point is Tweety's ABSOLUTE irresponsibility. He should have been reprimanded or fired. Nothing happened (to him).
