The meaning of a vote on Election Day. |

Voting for a Democrat on November 7, 2006...
...doesn't mean: I like the principles of this candidate.
...doesn't mean: I support this candidate profoundly.
It does mean: this candidate is better than the Republican.
If I don't like a Democrat running for federal office, I won't donate to him, and I won't volunteer for him, but I'll vote for him, anyway. I want a Democratic House and a Democratic Senate.
For local office, I'll vote for whichever candidate I consider better.

1. It seems to me that should be absolutely obvious. We should be taking |
|
our discussion up a notch. How sad that this even needs to be explained. When we have so much to do! And I don't mena campaigning for politicians. I mean trying to expose the terrible things happening here, and trying to protect our votes.

4. I'll vote for all Democrats for federal offices.... |
|
...and all Democrats for most-or-all local offices.
